"At first I was disappointed because the product doesn’t do what is advertised- namely, a 15 or 16 inch laptop doesn’t fit inside (my new 15 inch Dell doesn’t fit). So that’s a bummer and I wouldn’t recommend this if that’s your intended purpose. That said, it’s perfect for storing yellow pads and loose papers that I’d usually put in a briefcase. It’s a smart looking non-laptop sleeve!"

I was able to contact customer service and re-route to a new temporary address for my recipient for his birthday.
