Do you accept returns?

  • Most items purchased on graflantz.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.
  • For gift exchanges, please visit our Gift Returns Page for more information.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
  • Please note: Masks, mask accessories, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items sent back to us cannot be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges must be initiated in our Returns Portal within 14 days of the delivery date. You will be able to exchange for an identical item, exchange for a different color or shape of a like item, or shop for a brand new item.

Can I return or exchange a Graf Lantz product purchased from another retailer?

No. Please contact the retailer from the initial time of purchase regarding any returns or exchanges.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Returns and exchanges are free for Graf Lantz Circle members.

How long does it take to process a return?

Typically 1 - 2 weeks once returned to the warehouse.

Is it possible to exchange a gift without the gift giver finding out?

What is the status of my order?

How long does it take to ship my order?

It can take 1-3 business days after the order has been placed for the order to be fulfilled and received by our shipping partners. Free Standard Shipping (via UPS SurePost, a service that uses both UPS and USPS to deliver the order to you) - Can take anywhere from 1-5 days for local Los Angelenos and 5-7 days to the East Coast after your order has been fulfilled. It can take 7 to 14 days for packages destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories and 3 to 6 weeks for APO/FPO addresses. UPS Ground: 3-7 business days to arrive after an order has been received by the carrier. Estimated delivery dates for UPS Ground are an estimate and not a guarantee.UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders that are scanned by UPS before 3:00PM will arrive in 3 business days. It may take 1-3 business days for the order to process before shipping. Expedited orders are prioritized to ship first, but may be delayed during periods of high order volume.

Can I change my order?

We’ll do our best to update your shipping address if needed, but in most cases, changes cannot be made once an order is placed. Due to our fast fulfillment process, some orders—especially those with expedited shipping—may be packed and shipped the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once a package has shipped. Please double-check your address before confirming your order, as Graf Lantz is not responsible for lost, missing, or misdelivered packages.

Please check your email to find your shipping notification which will contain your tracking details.

How do I cancel my order?

Due to fulfillment speeds, some orders may be packed and shipped on the same day they are placed, especially if expedited shipping was requested. Once an order is marked shipped, we are unable to make any updates.

  • UPS Ground is not a guaranteed service and typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive after shipping. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline but are not guaranteed.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air delivery depends on the exact time the order ships. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If an order is shipped after UPS’s daily cutoff time, delivery may take an additional business day. We prioritize expedited shipments and appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Discounts & Reward Program

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Discounts and rewards apply only to full-priced items. Reward points and free shipping rewards cannot be used with sales, promotions, or discount codes. Discount codes may not be combined with Graf Lantz Circle rewards.

How do I know how many points I have?

The points are shown in your loyalty account when logged in.

I can’t figure out how to add points to my order. Where do I find this? 

As long as you are signed in to your rewards account, a sliding bar displaying your available points should appear at checkout. The bar may not appear if you are using Shop Pay, unless you are signed in as "guest". Also, if there are sale items in your cart or a discount code applied, the sliding bar may not appear. You may then select the amount of points you wish to apply to your purchase.

Do points expire? 

Yes, one year after they are issued.

Price adjustment policy?

Graf Lantz offers price adjustments on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale, with a discount code, or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Note: Discount codes cannot be combined and are not applicable to items that are already reduced in price. Please email contact@graflantz.com for any adjustments or inquiries.
