"Between 2021 and 2025, I purchased 28 of these coasters , in 3 different colors, to change with the seasons - clearly I’m a fan! The first 2 purchases, in black, then red, were lovely - soft, absorbent, no branding. The coasters I purchased last year have a different feel - they are stiffer, less absorbent, and now have “graf lantz” stamped on one side. Because I believe quality should speak for itself, I don’t use the side with the name showing. And I wonder if it is the process of stamping the name on them that makes them feel like they were made from a different wool. I love your company, which I initially discover when you made face masks during the pandemic, and the customer service is excellent. But the last coasters I purchased are disa"
