Paul Longo and his company, Fallen Grape, deliver high quality, skin contact white wine for emerging wine drinkers and wine veterans alike. Together with his partner, Fidencio Flores, a third generation winemaker and native of Santa Ynez Valley, they work to create wine that he describes as “lightning in a bottle.” We visited Paul at his Atwater Village offices where he shared more about the wine, what he likes to pair it with, and how he celebrates Father’s Day.

Celebrating Around the Table
Part of the Fallen Grape ethos is that the best wine pairing in the world is with people you love. “It’s a celebration of love, trust and friendship.” Paul’s favorite place to celebrate with people he loves is outside around the fire. “There’s obviously beauty in being around any table with great food, wine and family. But, for me there’s something inexplicably calming about sipping wine around a fire that is simply unmatched when it comes to getting my people together.”
