Disappointed
"We were introduced to this product at a friend’s place. My wife really liked the coasters. I decided it would be a nice surprise I. Her Christmas stocking. I ordered it in mid November and they couldn’t manage to figure out how to ship it to me by Christmas. The tracking number sent didn’t work and when it finally did they had a generic message saying there was bad weather at the Canadian border. It was a bogus excuse that was on there for over a week. Needless to say we did not get them and I will have to see if I even see my refund. Hopefully the refund isn’t held up by bad weather also. Moral to the story: Even a great product can’t overcome poor execution."
